Our company is equipped with various colour fastness testing equipment to perform washing, light, rubbing and sublimation fastness. We also invest heavily on analytical testing instruments: such as liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, ultraviolet, GC-MS, and spectrophotometer to ensure that our product fulfills highest quality standards.

We also have long-term collaboration with SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek and many other third-party testing institutions to provide certificates required by customers.

The company has established a complete set of SOP (standard operating procedures) for finished goods testing before product release to the market. Every quality control step is strictly controlled and managed to ensure the credibility of testing results.

High Standard Quality Control Process

From incoming raw materials to filter cakes to finished products, routine item testing and hazardous substance testing and recording are carried out for each batch to ensure that every step of dye synthesis is carried out correctly before proceeding to the next step. With such high standard QC process, any in-process quality deviations are handled in a timely manner to ensure that product quality is consistent and in line with specifications. Our target is zero customer complaints for product quality.
