Over the last 5 years, our company has invested heavily on waste water treatment technology and facilities in order to become fully compliant to more and more stringent water release standards. Today, our waste water treatment plant is fully operational after we optimized processes to treat different waste streams with different technologies. Our waste water treatment capacity today is about 3,000 tons/day which enables us to meet our production capacity and future growth requirements.

Our company has a number of solvent recovery units to recover different kinds of solvents. Our total solvent recovery capacity is around 4000 tons/year. Totally 90% of waste solvents are recovered and recycled. It reduces product cost to a great extent and returns the saving to our customers. At the same time, our carbon foot print is also tremendously reduced as part of our KPI to achieve sustainable growth.  

In the last 5 years, our company has invested more than USD 6 MM on EHS facilities, to be full compliant on environmental releases. To reduce carbon foot print is our license to operate. We strive to be a socially responsible company. We will continue our investment on waste treatment to improve further on waste water recycling and also to adapt advance microchannel reactors to reduce more on waste water, solvent and solid waste from manufacturing processes.
